Decode the Fascia Anatomy DFA

Foundations of Fascia System & Manual Therapy

it is your entry point into a new era of bodywork and clinical precision. Designed for healthcare and wellness professionals, this course delivers cutting-edge fascia-based knowledge and manual therapy techniques that elevate both assessment accuracy and treatment outcomes.

By the end of this course, you won’t just understand fascia — you’ll know how to see it, map it, and treat it with clarity and intention.

Phase 1: Fascial Manipulation Level 1

Part A Module: Online Part B Module: 3 days

Part A Module: Online

An introduction to the core principles of the Fascial Manipulation® method.Fundamental concepts in fascial anatomy. Overview of the biomechanical model, analysis of myofascial units and the formation of myofascial sequences in the upper limbs, trunk, and lower limbs across sagittal, frontal and transverse planes on the use of the Assessment Chart.

Part B Module: 3 days

This module includes:

Detailed exploration of fascial system physiology. Comprehensive assessment and treatment techniques for myofascial units in the upper limbs, trunk, and lower limbs, focusing on the horizontal plane. Advanced instruction on employing the Assessment Chart for a three-dimensional examination of the human fascial system. Development of effective treatment strategies.An assessment to evaluate proficiency in identifying Centers of Coordination.

Upon Course Completion:

All participants will be skilled in:

Utilizing the Assessment Chart for three-dimensional fascial system examination.Conducting comparative examinations of Centers of Coordination. Implementing treatment strategies.

Phase 2 : 2nd quarter 2026

Participants expand on their understanding of the biomechanical model to treat patients with multi-segmental dysfunctions more efficiently. Pre-Requisites from phase 1.

Upon Course Completion:

students understand the role of retinacula in pain and proprioception. Identify and treat and restore movement of spiral and diagonal motor disorders. Apply advanced treatment strategies for global biomechanics. Conduct precise comparative assessments of key dysfunction points using 3D fascial mapping.

Phase 3 : Internal & Superficial Fascia (3rd quarter 2026)

Participants deepen their understanding of the internal fascia system and superficial fascial layers to address deeper dysfunctions contributing to chronic pain, visceral imbalances, and movement restrictions. Pre-requisites: Completion of Phase 2.

Phase 4 : Neuromuscular and Sports Conditioning (4th quarter 2026)

This phase explores how fascia influences neuromuscular coordination, stability, and athletic performance. Participants will learn to assess and retrain dysfunctional movement patterns using fascia-based neuromuscular strategies. The module integrates sports applications to enhance performance, prevent injuries, and support high-functioning recovery.
